Virtual Meetings

UMD offers all students free Zoom access for meetings and events. If you have trouble with Zoom bombing, you can report them through this form.

Free Resource whose services include: graphic design, chalking, flyers, listserv outreach, and more

Alternative Funding Options

Similar to SGA Funding, but group becomes cosponsor of their event with SEE

$50K available each semester to groups to underwrite the cost of programs that broadly affect campus

Provides funding for student supported facilities projects and improvements

Grants over $2K and mini-grants available for projects that promote environmental sustainability

Fund for groups planning cross-culture events or experiences 

Equipment Rentals

Through McKeldin and other UMD libraries, rent a variety of electronic equipment

Rent equipment such as projectors, speakers, and tripods

Students apart of the Transfer to Terp learning community may rent laptops and video cameras from Stamp

Room Reservations & Locker Rentals

Registered student groups can pay to rent spaces in Stamp Student Union.

Book free meeting rooms in the Student Involvement Suite

Pay to rent space in the Riggs Alumni Center. Not available for rent to students on Fridays after 5pm, Saturday, or Sunday

Rent space in the Clarice Performing Arts Center for a number of events.

Rent one of the 150 lockers available in Stamp for $35 per semester.
